Legal advice and legal representation in these areas, including litigation, drafting of contracts and legal opinions, intellectual property rights searches, prosecution of registration proceedings. |

Career & experience: |
Studies at the University of Fribourg and University Panthéon-Assas Paris II (from 1999 to 2004) completing a double degree in Swiss and French law, Bachelor and Master from both universities.
Admitted to Lucerne Bar (2006) after internships at District Court of Sursee and at the law office Dr. Jürg Purtschert in Lucerne. After that, legal counsel to an international sports association in Zurich (from 2007 to 2009).
LL.M. in IP/IT at Fordham Law School in New York City (2009/2010).
Attorney at E. Blum & Co. AG since 2010. |
