Diploma thesis at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL Heidelberg) on the development and characterization of novel fluorescence microscopy techniques for the biosciences. Doctoral thesis in physics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) on the simulation, development, and characterization of various fiber-optic-based technologies for high-resolution brain imaging. Practicing patent law since 2010 with core activities in physics, mechanics, electronics, and optical engineering. Joined E. Blum & Co. AG in 2010.
