Intellectual property law, including in particular trademarks, patents, design, copyright, corporate and trade names, unfair competition, protection of know-how and trade secrets, legal advice and legal representation in these areas, including litigation, drafting of contracts and legal opinions, intellectual property rights searches, prosecution of registration proceedings.

Law studies at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland; Language studies at the Goethe Institute, Germany; Registrar at the District and Cantonal Courts in Vaud, Switzerland; Fellowship from the Max Planck Society, Munich and guest at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Patent, Copyright and Competition Law, Munich; Joined the law division of E. Blum & Co. AG in 1986; since 2006 Trademark Attorney VSP.
