Intellectual property matters, in particular trademark and patent law, design law, company name and common name law, unfair competition law, protection of Know-How and trade secrects. Legal advice and representation in these matters, including conflicting cases, drafting agreements and legal opinions, prosecution of registration proceedings, trademark searches.

Career & experience:

Commercial education; work in a law firm and obtaining the university-entrance diploma; studies of law at the university of Zürich as working student, while working in a law firm. Joined the legal department of E. Blum & Co. AG in 2000.
