Counseling and legal representation in these areas, including litigation, drafting of contracts and legal opinions, legal advice, intellectual property rights searches, tracking and coordination of registration proceedings. In-depth experiences in the fields of trademark portfolio strategy management counseling, opposition proceedings, trademark contracts, trademark searches.

Swiss Mercantile Society College, London (Diploma of the Swiss Mercantile School and Certificate of Proficiency in English, University of Cambridge) and assistant manager with Crabtree & Evelyn Ltd. (1985 to 1987). Studies of Art History, English Language and Literature, and Journalism at University of Zurich. Bacholor of Law, University of Zurich (graduation 1994), Auditor to the District Attorney's Office of Zurich and Auditor to the Court at the District Court of Zurich (1995 to 1996). Lawyer with Legal Department of E. Blum & Co. AG as from 1997, in addition head of the trademark department from 1998 until re-organization of trademark administration per end of 2003.
